Professional Conduct: Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professionalism in every class. Create a respectful and positive learning environment for all students.
Preparation & Planning: Plan lessons in advance and prepare notes, presentations, and study materials to deliver structured and effective sessions.
Quality Teaching: Explain concepts clearly with practical examples, real-world applications, and interactive methods to maximize student understanding.
Student Support: Encourage questions, resolve doubts promptly, and guide students with assignments, projects, and career advice.
Consistency & Commitment: Take classes regularly as scheduled and complete the syllabus on time without interruptions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve.
Code of Ethics: Follow CoachRKD policies, avoid misconduct, and always act in the best interest of students and the organization.
